Ask
Ask customers for reviews without the awkwardness
Most reviews are lost at the ask. Reeltic gives you a link, a QR code and a 30-second format that makes the request small enough to say yes to, and tracks every review that comes back.
No credit card. No plans. Unlimited reviews.
A small ask
"Thirty seconds, no app, blur if you like" converts far better than "please leave a review."
Ask anywhere
Email, SMS, receipts, table cards, packaging inserts, checkout pages, in person.
One link, one QR
Both from your Share tab, both pointing at your review page.
Thank-you rewards
Attach a coupon that goes out automatically when the review publishes.
Know when it lands
Web and app notifications for every new review and every badge earned.
Nothing to pay
Unlimited requests, unlimited reviews.
The three rules
- Ask at the peak. When the plates are cleared, when the job is signed off, three days after delivery, the day a project ships.
- Make it small. Say "30 seconds" and "no app" out loud. Mention the blur option.
- Tell them what to say. What did you come for, how did it go, who would you recommend us to.
Templates
In person: "So glad you liked it. Could you say 30 seconds about it on video? Scan this, tap record, done. You can blur your face."
Email: Subject: A 30-second favour? Body: thanks, one link, the blur option, and an invitation to reply directly if anything was wrong.
SMS: "Hi [name], [business] here. Thanks for today! If you have 30 seconds, a quick video review would mean a lot: [link]. No app needed."
Packaging insert: a QR code and one line: "Loved it? Tell us in 30 seconds."
Full scripts with variations for six industries are in how to ask customers for video reviews.
Adding a thank-you
Create a coupon offer in your dashboard. It is advertised on your profile, delivered automatically when a review is published, awarded once per verified identity, and never depends on the rating. That keeps it on the right side of consumer law in the UK, EU and US. See should you reward customers for reviews.
What to avoid
- Asking for five stars instead of an honest review.
- Rewarding only positive reviews.
- Chasing more than twice.
- Sending customers to a page with a login wall.
- Editing what they said.
Frequently asked questions
How many customers will actually record a review?+
It depends on timing and framing. Asking at the peak moment, saying "30 seconds, no app" and offering a small thank-you each raise the rate noticeably. Track asks versus reviews and adjust.
Can I send review requests from Reeltic?+
Reeltic gives you the link and QR code; you send them through the channels you already use, such as your email tool, SMS, receipts or packaging.
Is it OK to offer a discount for a review?+
Yes, if it applies to any honest review regardless of rating and is disclosed. Reeltic shows the offer on your profile and delivers it automatically.
What if customers do not want to be on camera?+
Mention the face-blur option in the ask. The blur is burned into the video and poster.
Does it cost anything to send requests?+
No. Reeltic is free with unlimited requests and reviews.
