Open the Share tab in your dashboard. The QR code links to your review page and can be downloaded for print.
Can customers upload a video instead of recording live?+
Yes. They can upload a clip up to 150 MB and choose the 30-second window to keep.
Do I have to approve every review?+
No. Turn on auto-publish and reviews go live as soon as they are processed. You are notified either way.
What if a customer does not want to be on camera?+
They can toggle face blur on the recording screen. The blur is burned into the published video.
Is there a limit on requests or reviews?+
