Delete your Reeltic account or data

Sign in to Reeltic, open your profile, then Security, and choose Delete account. Confirm the request and enter your current password if your account has one. On the website, start from your profile.

Email info@reeltic.com with the subject “Reeltic account deletion”. Identify the email address or phone number used with Reeltic. Do not send your password or one-time codes. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request. To delete particular reviews or other data while keeping your account, specify what you want removed and include any relevant review links.

Account deletion removes your account and profile, sign-in sessions and device notification tokens, owned business pages and their stored media, and your reviews and review videos. Earlier reviews linked to your verified email or phone are included. Reviews belonging to another account are not deleted. Limited records may be retained when necessary for legal or security obligations. You can ask about any retained data by emailing info@reeltic.com. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
